Description

Our fantastic client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Insolvency Manager to join their team on a full-time, remote basis. The Insolvency Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of insolvency cases, providing guidance and support to clients, and ensuring that all procedures and regulations are followed throughout the insolvency process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of insolvency cases, including bankruptcies, liquidations, and voluntary arrangements.
  • Review and analyze financial data to determine the best course of action for each individual case.
  • Communicate with clients, creditors, and other stakeholders to gather information and negotiate agreements.
  • Prepare reports and other documentation related to insolvency cases.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements throughout the insolvency process.
  • Monitor and track progress of cases, identifying any potential issues and taking corrective action as needed.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients, helping them understand the insolvency process and their options.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members, providing them with guidance and support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in insolvency or restructuring rendered in an Australian company
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in managing a team
  • Strong knowledge of insolvency laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Must be based in Australia
