Description

We are on lookout for a skilled individual to step into a Supervisor/Manager role, propelling their professional journey with a growing boutique advisory firm.

Our client specializes in Recovery, Restructuring, and Insolvency solutions, operating nationally from our Sydney CBD Office and catering to clients across Australia.

As a Supervisor/Manager, you'll collaborate closely with our Partners/Appointees, overseeing the day-to-day operations and providing guidance to a team of support personnel.

Your tasks will encompass:

• Overseeing Court Liquidations, CVL's, VA's, Trade-Ons & Small Receiverships

• Conducting necessary investigations

• Managing Statutory Reporting Obligations

• Facilitating communication with Debtors, Creditors, and Clients

• Providing support in Administration and Case Management

• Participating in Business Development endeavors

• Contributing to informal engagements such as turnaround and business review engagements

• Supervising a team of junior insolvency professionals

Skills and Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of experience in insolvency

• CA/CPA qualification (or currently pursuing)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with assertiveness

• Proficiency in technical skills

• Motivation, coupled with a strong work ethic and adaptability to professional challenges

• Demonstrated leadership prowess

• Ability to formulate plans and reports

• Previous experience in team supervision
