Work in Australia through an employer-sponsored visa

Australia’s Skills in Demand visa (subclass 482) allows approved employers to sponsor qualified professionals where local skills are scarce. Insolvency Talent helps experienced insolvency and restructuring candidates connect with firms ready to sponsor. Immigration and citizenship Website

Alternatively, you may also qualify for a working holiday visa, or perhaps another scheme.
Let’s find out what might work for you.

We need you to complete a form….

What this form does

This short form gives us the essentials to confirm a viable visa pathway and to match you with firms that can sponsor. We ask for personal details, passport and residency history, prior Australian visa status, qualifications, insolvency experience, any health or character issues we need to be aware of, dependants, role preferences, location and start date, plus your CV. Completing it means we can quickly assess fit and move you to introductions.

Who should complete it

How the process works

1. Submit the form and CV

2. We review against current sponsor demand and your visa pathway

3. If aligned, we set up a call to discuss roles, locations and salary

4. With your consent, we introduce you to selected firms and their registered migration partners for the visa step

Note: final eligibility and the visa outcome are determined by the Department of Home Affairs and the sponsoring employer’s migration adviser. We are a recruitment specialist; we work alongside employers and registered migration agents. Immigration and citizenship Website

Quick answers

Do I need to arrange my own visa first?
No. Most candidates move under an employer-sponsored pathway such as the Skills in Demand visa (subclass 482). The employer and their migration partner handle the application once an offer is in place. Immigration and citizenship Website
Will every applicant receive introductions?
No. We prioritise candidates with recent, relevant insolvency experience and a clear visa pathway. If there’s no immediate fit, we keep your profile for future roles, subject to your consent. Victorian Information Commissioner
How long does the process take?
Timing depends on employer demand and your visa stream. We progress introductions as soon as we identify a credible match and sponsoring firm. Immigration and citizenship Website
